COVID-19 Protocol Update
Hello Clients and Friends of Thurman Veterinary Center,
We would like to start out by saying a BIG THANK YOU to all of our amazing clients that have stuck with us through this unprecedented time. Without you, we would not be able to continue to do the work that we love.
As of October 1st, 2020 we will be allowing clients to resume entering the building for their scheduled appointments. However, we do have some minor stipulations:
1) Please continue to call to check in, as the lobby will remain closed.
2) A Client Entry Waiver will need to be signed by the client before they are brought into the building. Once you have checked in this will be sent by text, or emailed to you. You are able to fill this out in your vehicle and send it right back to the receptionist.
3) Once your waiver is received, a technician will then bring you inside to a designated exam room.4) Only one person per examination. If there are multiple pets needing to be examined, a technician will assist you with your pets.
5) Masks are required and must be worn at all times while in the building. There are no exceptions.
6) Once the appointment is complete, your technician will charge you out in your exam room, bring you any paperwork that you need, and then walk you out through the lobby.
7) Medication pick up and tech only appointments will continue to be curbside only. Please call when you arrive and a receptionist can help you over the phone.
If you would like to continue to utilize the curbside option, you are more than welcome to. Let the receptionist know which option you would like to choose when you call to check in.
